Organization Management System(OMS)

OMS facilitates the management of a Not-For-Profit Organization from one comprehensive, intuitive system. It allows medium sized Not-For-Profit Organizations to

• Maintain an all-encompassing contact database,
• Track profiles (which can be mapped differently to satisfy different funder requirements),
• Handle multiple departments with varying needs and requirements,
• Track all activities and service outcomes,
• Manage the receivables end of the finances,
• Produce numerous, detailed lists, labels, and reports in the least amount of time,
• Enjoy a multi-level security mechanism to protect the database, the data, and access to the data.

OMS started as a simple project on behalf of a client developed by our Consulting Group. While describing our work to other organizations, we started seeing an interest in collaborative development of a product that can serve multiple organizations. This interest allowed us to develop a more robust, complete, and standard solution that fits the varying needs of different Non-Profits.

Unlike other software concentrating mainly on one aspect of running a Not-For-Profit, OMS is a comprehensive solution. We think we may have inadvertantly created the first Organization Resource Planning Solution for medium sized Non-Profits.
